Dr Crosswell is a fantastic Doctor and has been very happy to listen to my issues to help me solve anything that I ask him about. You would be lucky to have him and his staff help with your medical issues.

I really love the doctors and I used to love the front desk staff but there seems to be a lot of miscommunication and new faces perhaps. I had to have an appointment for updated blood work and I made my appointment and have been with you guys for about two years now. Today I came in and was immediately asked to present my health insurance cards, my partner was with me and can confirm the only time we have been asked for those was when we first came here and became patients. I was told this is due to you guys having a new system which I understand I work customer service. However, I wish this would’ve been communicated to me when I made these appointments. I am a very on time, got my things together kind of person and had I known I would’ve brought that with me. But never have I been asked

Dr. Crosswell is such a caring physician. He not only listens, but he hears. His PA, Sierra, is very good as well. Our entire family go to Jamie. He cares and he diagnoses. He will go the extra mile.

I have been a patient of Dr. Crosswell ~20 yrs. I have witnessed a couple staff, FNP & nursing changes. Currently, several staff have become rude, denigrating & demeaning in their communications/behavior. I feel like a cash cow when negotiating discussions with these individuals. UPDATE (2/14/24): Previous issues have been resolved via staff changes - for the better. The office has a full-time Quest technician on-site. This saves time, paperwork, etc. Labs are drawn on-site - an excellent benefit.

Great experience with Dr Crosswell. He was compassionate, knowledgeable and took time during my appointment to make sure my medical needs and questions were addressed. I couldn’t ask for anymore!
