Realo Drugs

This was my first experience with the pharmacy - I was picking up a prescription for my Mom and I cannot tell you how amazing the Pharmacist was in answering my questions. They made me feel like I was truly a valued customer and they were concerned about my Mom and her health needs. Will be the only pharmacy I use going forward!

I came to Realo Drugs because the other pharmacy in town is rude! ESPECIALLY the short, brown haired young woman with glasses that works the counter. Realo folks are very polite, and professional. There is hardly a wait. I wish I had come here when I first moved to town and saved myself the aggravation! I consider myself to be cheerful and courteous. There is no place for "snarky" attitudes.

Realo in Beaufort , N.C. is by far the best pharmacy in Carteret County . They are more like family and really care about their clients. I have never had a problem with them whatsoever . They are professional yet as I said , they are like family . I'm happy to have them as my pharmacy . Love them .

Love this pharmacy! Excellent customer service from start to finish. They called me after my prescriptions were called in by the DR's office to try and help me save money on the scripts that weren't covered by my insurance. They called me back with a total and an explanation for my prescriptions. Who does that?!? They text me when my orders were ready to be picked up too. When I arrived they were all so friendly and caring. If you are looking for a pharmacy with that small town service this is it! They have my family's business from now on.

My Dad has esophageal cancer and isn't able to swallow pills anymore. CVS wasn't willing to help. Realo was there when we needed them. They were able to compound his medications to liquid. Y'all are the best.
