Lookout Pharmacy

I was referred to Lookout pharmacy by Coastal Carolina Pain Management, located in Jacksonville, NC. I previously used compound products and was very impressed by the pain relief. My experience with Lookout pharmacy was unfortunately bad. I spoke with the staff who were very polite, informative , and helpful. I was very excited to get my product for pain relief, However, the communication in the shipping got messed up. I initially wanted to pick my pain cream due to needing the product very bad. I later changed my mind and personally called and asked for it to be mailed. I was told it would go out immediately and reach me in 2-3 days, I called back after the 3rd day and discovered it still was sitting in the pharmacy, and had not been mailed.. The staff at Lookout Pharmacy have been so helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend the pharmacy for your compounding prescriptions. Pleasant and put forth the extra effort to make sure our needs were put first.

I get some of my medicine from Look out Pharmacy. They are very good. I call one day and I usually get it the next day. I appreciate the promptness of the Pharmacy. The website is a bit confusing when ordering meds. LookOut pharmacy has exceptional service and their staff is nice and friendly and always willing to help me with my concerns. Unlike other pharmacies that act like they don't want to wait on you or don't have time for you. I am so happy that I changed our family to LookOut pharmacy. Thank you Thomas and Staff!
