Polished I have had an excellent experience with this office. The staff is consistently professional, welcoming, and efficient. The physician takes time to truly listen, explains everything clearly, and never makes me feel rushed. It’s refreshing to feel heard and cared for in a medical setting. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable primary care provider.

I walked in last minute after taking an angle grinder to my index finger. Dr. Willis was seeing his last patient but looked at my situation and decided I needed stitches. He was a pleasant gentleman and I am thankful that I decided to go here rather than the ER. The support staff was also very pleasant.

First time at the office. The front staff was efficient and friendly. Nursing staff was pleasant, professional and friendly. Phlebotomist was patient and quite good. The provider I saw was an exceptional listener and asked questions I haven’t heard from a provider before. They were well thought out and I could tell he was really interested in my needs. A rare find for me. I’ve become used to the “routine” questions. I am very happy with the services I received and quite surprised at the superior quality of caring the staff have for their patients.

This was my first visit. I was shocked at how much time and care the doctor gave to me. I went in with quite a few issues and he addressed every one of them. It took 16 months to find a Dr accepting new patients & my insurance. I’m thrilled with the care I received. Hopefully I’ll be hiking again soon. Thank you 😊
