This Dr constantly overbooks, the majority of his patients are elderly. The staff refuses to make accommodations for elderly that have difficulty sitting and waiting for 2-4 hours.The process is way too long 2-4 hours … they need to do better, reduce bookings. Because it seems to be about making money not patient care and satisfaction. Sad.
