When I walked into the office. I thought I was at the wrong place. There was a language barrier between myself and the receptionist. She wasn’t very friendly and had a slight attitude. I filled out the half inch thick packet and waited an hour before I was called. Now, the doctor on the other hand seemed very knowledgeable and informed me of some issues that should’ve been handled by my previous doctor. So I think Dr. Campos is a competent doctor. The office is where improvement can be made.

I scheduled an appt weeks in advance, and waited in the waiting room for 2.5 hours past my appointment time. When I finally got in, Dr. Campos told me without even listening to my heart or knowing any of my medical history, that my symptoms sounded rhythm-related and I could go into v-tach (a very dangerous cardiac rhythm) at any time. We talked about referring me to a cardiologist for a full work-up: holter monitor, stress test, and echocardiogram. I was surprised when the cardiologist called me and told me the only thing he put in was an echo, which doesn’t even address a rhythm problem. I called the office every morning for 2 weeks before my cardiologist appointment to try to fix the referral. Worst doctor i ever met. He don't listen to me as a patience. He just do whatever he wants. Don't come to him. I already found a very good Dr in another place...remember don't come to Campos.

Dr Campos believes his time is more valuable than anyone else's. He simply tells you to find another doctor when you remark about the wait time. I'm sure HE wouldn't wait almost two hours to see his own doctor. The office staff won't even offer the courtesy to let you know how behind he is. Glad he's not my doctor.

Dr. Campos needs to have his head examined. He consistently lies and right to your face. I was on pain medication for Necrotic hips and a necrotic shoulder for about 2 years and out of the blue decided he didn t want to write prescriptions for my pain meds any more.. Told his nurse to tell me he wasn t interested in weening me off, to go to a detox center.WHAT!? He said I was Dr. shopping which wasn t true. What he called Dr. shopping was the fact that his not so bright receptionists gave me an appointment but neglected to enter it into the computer. When I got there on my appt. day they made see a different Dr. inside the same office. That Dr. didn t want to write my script for the regular amount I was getting every month and said I would have to come back early to see my regular doc so s
