Nutmeg Pharmacy New London

Staff are always very friendly and helpful over the phone. They made it easy to transfer medications, set up payment, and get refills. They reached out when my copay went up. Deliveries are on time too. The New London location has a different website than the other Nutmeg pharmacies which is confusing, but still 5 stars.

I am so excited that there is a new local pharmacy! This place is phenomenal. The staff are terrific and well trained. They helped me get vaccinated. The pharmacist was able to answer all of my questions pertaining to my medical needs. They have all the toiletries that you’d need. I was even able to get my mom a last minute birthday gift from their gift area, and a card from their vast selection. (Don’t judge me). It felt way more personable then your average big box store. 10 out of 10, will go again. Got yourself a loyal customer.

Exactly what I’ve been looking for in a pharmacy! I’m a new customer here, and I was immediately impressed when a pharmacist greeted me with “hi! I haven’t seen you in here before, how can I help you?”. No more feeling like a number at the larger chain pharmacies, and you can actually talk to someone on the phone without having to dial through an endless automated system when you call. Added bonus: they have a small toy section with temporary tattoos and plastic dinosaurs, just like the small pharmacy I went to as a kid had, really brought me back. 10/10, they’ve got me for life!

Changed to this pharmacy a few months ago because they were on point on my childs meds. Then i have 3 more family memebers to come here as well and went down hill from there! They always short on my meds or dont have it. Same thing happens with my family memebers.they guy had the nerve to tell me i had to wait till monday, so we talking 3 days since friday i have to wait, because they gave the last bit of meds to another patient. Come on guys! You can do better than that! Order enough for all your customers not just the favorites 😒Very disappointed! At this point id rather go else where.

One of the best experiences I have had in a while. Great service, extremely helpful when it came to answering specific questions about intake of prescriptions and the instructions. Also the card and gift selection is great especially around holidays.
