New London Dental Care

Ben coming here for 3 years now, I feel the place has gotten better. The hygienist I had this time was really very good and I love the dentist. He saved my granddaughter's 2 front teeth. I'll never forget that. The front desk is very helpful. This is becoming a well-oiled machine.

My visit to New London Dental Care was such an amazing experience. The Doctor was so awesome walked me through everything, made me feel at ease. The receptionists were friendly and helpful! Person that was working with the doctor was such a sweet heart! Everyone at the office were amazing!

To begin I hated going to the dentist But I decided to put my fears to the side I made appointment cancel twice But than I went to the office very friendly atmosphere I needed lots of work starting with deep cleaning I was nervous but I got my first person of color. (That’s not a big thing but that was the first time I even saw a black woman of color working at any dental office) Her name was Mira she talked to calmed me down. Music playing in the background and watching the Olympics skating. Anyway it did was good experiences I would will return when my insurance covers my future work

Everyone is very pleasant and very helpful. Doctor does great work and has been very patient with me. They also try to work with my very busy schedule. I have already recommended them to a few family members

New London Dental Care is a scam. They have you book fake appointments online, confirm in text and email, and the tell you when you call that you have no appointment, that the office manager is on ‘medical leave’ and there’s no one to speak to, and that the appointments they post on their website (which is also riddled with errors) are not real appointments and that you should have ‘received a call changing your appointment to a time that was more convenient for the doctor’ (this also didn’t happen). Lastly, they’ll put you on indefinite hold just to get out of being held accountable for their mess. I’ve never left an online review before. I’ll be contacting our insurance to file a complaint as well. This place should be taken off the list. Sure looks like we had an appointment booked!?
