Went to see Krystal for the first time today… my previous massage therapist moved away a year and a half ago, and I’ve struggled to find a new one since. Krystal started off the appointment asking if there was anything specific I wanted to work on and then went right. to. work!! She was very knowledgeable and talked me through why I was experiencing the pain that I was and how to prevent it in the future. She used a combination of deep tissue massage and stretching, and I literally left the suite feeling more open and balanced than I have in a long time!
