Isabella and her team were so kind to help my daughter before the blizzard and make sure we had the medicine she needed. They even followed up with us to make sure my daughter is improving after a few days . Great team! Highly recommend!

Dr. Doerwaldt is pretty incredible. He is doesn't keep you waiting, is highly personable and genuinely makes you feel better. Not many doctors do this nowadays. Plus the staff is kind and it's easy to make an appointment. If I had called my primary care office for an acute illness, they'd make me wait two weeks. I needed antibiotics that day and I was breathing better by dinner time. It's an amazing feeling to actually be helped

MA's Haydee and Alex, Provider Dr. Doerwalt were so welcoming, informative, respectful, and pleasant. Center was clean, wait was short, I felt heard, taken care of and a genuine sense/feeling of care. Although they were short staffed AGAIN, ( poor crew) they make the best of a rough patch, taken on all that extra weight and work unfortunately. They were amazing. But please get them the help they need and deserve. Also maybe help them out better when it comes to entitled and rude patients. Customer/patient is not always right and these people are here to help the community, but also are people and there to work and provide for their families. I appreciate that team!!! ❤️

I came in here some odd months ago for a UTI. I came in at about 7:15 after working an entire workday since the morning. It was the first chance it had to go to the doctor. When I came in, the lady audibly sighed and rolled her eyes and let me know they were close to closing. I told her I was aware that they closed in 45 minutes, but I didn’t have any other time to go to the doctor. Then when I told her I had never been a patient before she audibly sighed again and rolled her eyes again because it meant she had more paperwork to do. The entire time they carried on like that, acting like I had just ruined her day when all I needed was a simple prescription for antibiotics. The care I received a few days ago from from Dr. Doerwalt and his medical staff was exceptional. They were kind and compassionate, thorough and reassuring during the visit. Having X-ray technology on-site helped them assess my condition. I know from observation how busy and stressful their jobs are but wanted to thank them from the bottom of my heart for the work they do and for being such a valuable resource in our community.
