From the nursing team to the support staff, everyone is attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in the well-being of residents. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, which brings a lot of peace of my to our family. The nurses and caregivers took the time to listen, communicate, and treated my family with respect. It’s clear that patient care and comfort are top priorities here. Therapy and rehabilitation services are thoughtfully provided, and residents are encouraged and supported every step of the way. I would recommend it to anyone looking for long-term care or rehabilitation for their loved one.

Rehab wing of Hays was just like a hospital. Staffing requirements were up to par for number of patients. Staff were all attentive, courteous, polite, and responsive to my husband’s needs. Rehab was excellent for his recovery. Everyone was very nice. Food was exceptionally good.

I recently toured Hays Nursing & Rehabilitation and was very impressed. The grand room is beautiful and spacious with tall ceilings, and the renovated resident rooms are bright, comfortable and home like. The Administrator and DON are highly involved and welcoming, and the staff were caring and attentive throughout my visit. Residents looked happy and even shared positive feedback about living there. Hays Nursing & Rehab gave me such a great feeling when I visited and would recommend to families and caregivers searching for a nursing facility!
