Due to an accident to my mouth at an early age I decided to have a complete mouth restoration selecting HSD as the place to have this completed. This has turned out to be one of the best decision I have made. First, I can not compliment Dr. Christa Serban sufficiently on her abilities, her professionalism, her patient concern and care. I am very fortunate to have her as my dentist as well as my surgeon Dr. Lee. Together they are an awesome team. Their plan to repair my mouth with implants, an all on 6 or 8 for the upper jaw has been a wonderful experience so far. I initially viewed my case as being a difficult one which I was concerned with the steps involved and time it would take to complete. I unfortunately had a bad experience with my child at the endodontist faculty practice. We saw Dr.Negar Shahsavari who with her attending had poor bedside manner and completly disregarded my child's question request as the attending was teaching the resident. The attending raised his hand at her to show he is speaking and did not address her question after he was done. This office has poor communication system and made it very difficult to get in touch with providers. Their portal is not used for communication at all. We made the effort to request records after decision not to go there for a complex root canal and the office had multiple system failures to send my child records.
