. Called to give new insurance today and a gal said I did not have an appt. Said I refused. I was never a no show proof called in Sept. I DID NOT Refuse at all!!!!! Not sure why my appt. was never set. I will go elswhere but at least listen to me. . Be nice. Patients are important.

Every time I see my cardiologist the experience is friendly and welcoming. I always feel my needs are taken seriously and the communication is excellent. They are very knowledgeable and I trust them with my care. I have seen multiple cardiologists in this building and each one treated me with respect. I sometimes have to wait a bit long but I do at every doctor, and since I have no idea what they have going on behind the scenes I do not feel it is for me to judge unless I’ve worked there.

Your typical Hartford Healthcare experience. They are never ready for you on time, and even when you get past the waiting room, you wait even longer in an examination room to see the doctor.
