Okay well that's a serious problem after being on hold for over 20 minutes I finally connect to somebody after calling back three more times and that person literally refers to me as oh "you people" I can see why you guys put jazz on the wait line so that you can try to entice customers to hang the phone up. I would really appreciate a call back from a manager or somebody that's in charge of figuring out this phone system cuz it's an absolute nightmare to try to get my prescription refilled.

Great providers, but very hard to get in touch with anyone. If you have a question, it’s best to go in person.

They need to get a flipping portal. The only way I can really get anything I need if it’s medication or even informing my provider of something is to actually go there in person. I’ve had two incidents since being with CHD that I’ve called multiple times a day several times a week and nothing was accomplished. But as soon as I show up in person, boom it’s done. GET A PORTAL FOR YOUR CLIENTS!!!
