Horrific service. Today, I asked if my prescription was going to be ready over the phone and to ask if there was any status on it. Kayla (girl on phone) told me I had already picked up a prescription that I was asking about the status on -- how could that be possible? After that, she put me on mute without telling me and I stayed on the phone for a while before calling back. My call was declined twice. I had to go to the pharmacy in person to inquire, to which another lady took TWO minutes to look up and tell me it would be ready tomorrow (all I wanted answered on the phone was if it would be ready this week and Kayla put me on mute without telling me). I can't imagine what the service would be like for someone who has more urgent medication needs. I'm transferring pharmacies today since t

The most horrific experience ever! I had to give a star to put this review if not they don't deserve one! My daughter is type one diabetic and needed insulin they gave her the run around for three hours told her their priority was giving vaccines I know we are in a pandemic but when your a pharmacy your priority should be to getting customers their medication especially since it could be life threatening! So my advice to all if you value your life and well being seek a more compassionate pharmacy that cares and one that values their customers story does go more into detail of what happened but long story short turn around and leave without looking back do not trust this place.

We are done with this place. Tried to get a prescription filled there yesterday. Dirty tissues on the counter. Person behind the counter had no idea when my prescription (sent electronically by my doctor) would arrive, but was certain it hadn't yet arrived. Ultimately, pharmacist told me she would call when my prescription was ready. That call never came, so I called them several times. Unfortunately, over the course of at least one hour, nobody ever picked up the phone in the pharmacy. So Giant Pharmacy, we are now done with you.

Could find no staffer to help locate an item. Called and was told which aisle. Still can not locate so called back and asked for help. That was ten minutes ago. Frozen food melting. Also I am five days out of knee surgery so cruising every aisle not an option. Update: someone finally came and told me item NOT in aisle customer service said but rather on the far end of store. So not helpful
