I recently visited the MOSA Silver Spring location for a tooth extraction performed by Dr. Lisa Cohen and her assistant. The procedure was efficient, professional, and completely pain-free. The staff demonstrated outstanding professionalism, respect, and discipline throughout my visit. The office is exceptionally clean, bright, and calming, which creates a very comfortable environment. There were no hidden fees. The full cost was clearly explained before the procedure, and payment was completed upfront, which I truly appreciated. I came in for my appointment on time , actually 5 mins earlier. I sat and waited for over 30mins for a set appointment. After the long wait, they finally call me in to take xray. Right after that, they tell me to wait which doesn't make sense because I came in on appointment. They overly booked to many appointments obviously and that's the cause. I have another appointment today which I had to cancel due to this place over booking clients for their benefit rather than the customer needs. I will NOT recommend this place. Doesn't make sense they have 5 star is on reviews. Makes me think it's not real reviews.
