Access Now Urgent Care

I’ve been going to this urgent care for years and consistently have an five-star experience. One of the things I appreciate most is how well they respect appointment times — I’m always seen right around my scheduled time, unlike other local urgent cares that seem to overbook and leave patients waiting for hours. The doctors here are exceptionally knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure all of my questions are answered. I also really value the follow-up phone call I receive a few days after each visit to check on how I’m doing — it shows a genuine level of care that’s hard to find. I truly can’t say enough positive things about this urgent care. The professionalism, efficiency, and kindness of the entire team keep me coming

Patient care was excellent as she explained everything to expect and what she was going to do. Procedure was quick and effective so I can pretty much continue whatever I need to do without bleeding everywhere from my deep cut on my finger that would not stop bleeding 14 hours after the laceration. My only complaint has nothing to do with facility but to warn new patients that parking is a nightmare as I spent more time finding a parking space than actually seeing medical staff.

The thoughtful attention to detail and thoroughness of care is matched by a warm friendly atmosphere and unusually quick response times when compared to other urgent care facilities I have visited. I've found doctors and staff at Access Now on Georgia Av. in Wheaton to be kind, patient and informative. And one thing I really appreciate is that all of my questions are answered and I have never felt like I was being rushed through an assembly line for the sake of increasing profits. - WDN

Had a little bit of a wait, but the doctor and nurse who attended to my 2-year-old's hurt arm were great. They listened, were great with both my kids, bounced thoughts off each other, and tried to do all they could in-house to avoid having to send me somewhere else. I'd definitely return (though I hope we don't have reason to!)

Love Dr Arora! He’s very knowledgeable, listens to what the patient wants / needs, and is a genuinely nice person. His staff is friendly and wait times short, but you never feel rushed by the doctor. The best experience I’ve ever had with a doctor since moving to MD.
