GIANT Pharmacy

We love Giant Pharmacy and everyone who works there, and I'm a grumpy old lady who's hard to please! We've been using them since 2016, and they've never made a mistake on any of my family's prescriptions, including my mother's many medications. They've cheerfully and professionally helped with many problems with insurance, doctors, and other issues such as scheduling refills and transferring prescriptions back and forth to my daughter's college. I'm surprised at any bad reviews (mostly regarding phone service) since we've never had a problem. I give them so much credit since they've taken on so many new customers as a result of several nearby pharmacy closures. Hang in there guys, we appreciate you!

Done with this pharmacy after years of long wait times. Despite the convenience of the location, we waited 50 minutes in store to be told they don’t have it in stock and were calling other Giant pharmacies. Something that should’ve been known and told to me when we arrived. Just 100% unacceptable. Love this Giant as a grocery store, but will never use the pharmacy again. Update, went to CVS on hockersville, night and day experience for customer service, very accommodating and clear on what they were doing from the start.

I transferred my perceptions there because it was closer than driving into CVS. The kid behind the counter had the personality of mud, so to avoid that I tried using the giant pharmacy app which is complete garbage. I am trying to get ahold of someone to find out about my prescription and no one can be arsed to answer the phone so it hangs up. I will be finding a new pharmacy

I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy! The employees take the time to work through insurance and coupon issues to ensure you get the best price for your meds! Some visits the lines can be long, but trust me, it's because these employees are working to ensure each person's medications are correct! Special shout out to Courtney for always helping me with a smile!

Tried all day to connect with this pharmacy. No success. Finally called the main number and the person who answered said it’s very busy at the pharmacy and she couldn’t do anything to help me. The actual line to connect to the pharmacist was just a bunch of static and sounded like people talking in the background. Not acceptable. Do better Giant. Many elderly people need to get in touch on the phone. It’s medicine, not random groceries!!
