First Choice Care

I have been going here for years and have loved every NP that has walked through the doors of First choice since 2016. Today was my first time have an emergency at the clinic and the ladies (Stephanie NP and the Medical Assistants) turned into the justice league lol. I wish I had gotten all of you ladies name. They took care of my 4 month old as I had my emergency and triage me appropriately until EMS arrived. If this was my first encounter with first choice, that receptionist would have turned me off and I never would have known how wonderful the staff are. She was disgustingly rude! She was rude to the patient on the phone, asked me to come back because I came at 12:25pm, rolled her eyes (I’m assuming she thought I couldn’t see her because I was sitting down) she does not hold the same s

These ladies Stephanie Graves, practitioner and her team of experts Ashley is in triage very thorough you’re not just another number they care and they go the 2nd mile and diagnosing even if they need to send you out for and other test are awesome they are hard-working get you in an out. Great clinic better to make an appointment but you can walk in very attentive to your needs. Thank you ladies keep up the good work. First choice team, I cannot say enough wonderful amazing things about your caliber of care and concern and love. I did a walk in visit today. Everyone was friendly and thorough. I had gotten this clinic from my insurance company as a place to visit for minor/urgent care. My call to verify the provider accepted my insurance was quickly answered before I went. I didn't even know it existed. However, I will use again and recommend to all. The NP, Stephanie, on duty was prompt, bubbly and knowledgeable when helping with my ear issue. This is a hidden gem in town. Thanks, ladies, for wonderful care!

I went in December to get a refill on medications sent in. It was never sent. Here we are in February and I am almost out of medication, they will not answer phones… I’ve called and left a voicemail 3 days in a row with all of my information and no one has gotten back to me. I’ve gone here for the last time. Edit: I did finally get my medicine. It took several more days and multiple calls/messages left up there. I've always had a pleasant experience for office visits, but I have had problems getting medicine more than once. Changing from 1 star to 3... I still do not expect to return here.. but I guess I would if I were really sick and couldn't get in to see a primary provider.

I had an appointment on 7/30 at 3:00pm. I confirmed my appointment via text for an annual exam. I took off work early to make it to the appointment. When I got there, around 1:50pm their was a sign on the door saying closed til Wednesday today and the office was still closed. Do not recommend!!!!! Wasted my vacation time!!
