I’ve been going to AFD of Collierville since 2021. The staff is always pleasant, timely and I get amazing dental care. I love not having to wait forever to be seen or being there forever especially because I usually am trying to get back to my office after my appointment. Highly recommend

Dear American Family Dentistry Team, During a recent phone call with your answering service, I was informed that your office has an endodontic doctor who performs root canal procedures. Based on this information, I scheduled an appointment and traveled to your clinic. However, upon arrival, I was told that the root canal could not be performed. Had I been given accurate information initially, I would not have scheduled the appointment or made the trip, as my time is valuable. My primary concern is with the answering service, which provided incorrect clinical information. I strongly recommend that they refrain from giving medical or procedural details unless they are certain of their accuracy, to avoid similar situations in the future. Wonderful they are so so nice and pleasant personality is a must have and very knowledgeable about the cleaning and up keep of one’s mouth love when they clean and check out all of my teeth . This is the best dentist office ever and Ambra Jones is the best RDH ever.
