After seeing various specialists and PPTs for my interstitial cystitis and pelvic floor issues, I finally found Dr. Barad. Having seen so many specialists, I can confidently say that her extensive knowledge makes your time and money spent well worth it. That being said, Dr. Barad is very honest about what she can do to help you and will try to treat you in as few visits as possible, which I deeply appreciated. She is the only professional who took the time to help me find ways to mentally manage my chronic pain, which meant even more to me than treating my physical pain. I can now live a normal life because of that, and will always be thankful to her!

Dr. Sonal was so quick to identify what was causing my pain, that I have struggled with for 6 years and had seen several types of therapists to try to get relief from! She does things in the office to help and then gives me exercises and techniques to do on my own to continue my progress. She is kind and thorough and I have already recommended her to three people!

Dr Sonal is an amazing pelvic floor physical therapist. She has asked questions and made more in depth observations than any dr has ever taken the time to do. She has diagnosed and is working on problems I didn’t know were contributing to my prolapse. I feel more confident that with her help and me taking her advice I will be able to avoid surgery which is my goal.

I was not really comfortable with the idea of pelvic floor therapy at first. Dr. Sonal put me at ease immediately and ultimately my appointment was the best experience I've had with healthcare to date. She is extremely knowledgeable and perceptive. She identified my issues quickly and was deeply concerned with helping me understand the root of my issues, so that I could make the lifestyle changes that would help me achieve healing. I had been to physical therapy before, but this is a totally different experience. I highly recommend her and will definitely be sticking with Beyond Core for the long term.

Dr. Sonal Barad is a unique specialist who is utilzing her extensive knowledge of the human musculature to correct problems related to my pelvic floor. Among other issues, she is assisting me in retraining faulty breathing patterns and weak lower abdominal muscles related to maintaining my prolapse correction. She also has equipment that assists in releasing my post- surgery scar adhesion, a problem that no other specialist has been able to resolve. I highly recommend Dr. Barad for anyone hoping to avoid prolapse surgery or for those needing assistance afterwards. She is professional, friendly and kind. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. I feel fortunate to have found her.
