DentalCares - Collierville

I havent been to the dentist in at least 10 years. The staff is very welcoming and we had a great time. They are very personable and make the appointment fun. Ms. Gwen is absolutely amazing! She made me feel so welcomed as well as the rest of the staff!

My visit to Dental Cares was wonderful!! The front desk was very welcoming! The office was very clean and cozy! Dr.Smith was friendly and knowledgeable! Rona was my hygienist! She is top tier! She was super gentle, explained things in a way I can understand, and made my appointment very comfortable. I loved how she took her time to do things right! I left feeling confident in my smile! 10/10

I visited Dental Care located at 151 N Main St. Ste 100. Collierville, TN 38017. I scheduled a visit with this office to get a second opinion after an ongoing dental issue. Dr. William M. Smith as NICE, PROFESSIONAL and he carefully reviewed my previous treatment, asked thoughtful questions, and performed a thorough examination. Everything was explained clearly along with visuals, including possible next steps and alternatives. I felt respected and supported, and there was no pressure to make an immediate decision. This visit helped me better understand my situation and regain confidence in moving forward with treatment. EVERYONE that I encountered on this visit at this Dental Cares location on January 30, 2026 during this unprecedented ice storm were PROFESSIONAL, NICE, and COURAGEOUS

Rona Wright is the BEST hygienist I have ever had. My teeth are cleaned perfectly, she is thorough, gentle and sweet. She only sees me twice a year and remembers everything we talked about in the prior visit. She truly cares about her patients.

My hygienist, Rona is the BEST! She was great from the start. She was very informative, very sweet w/ a great bedside manner, great attitude & very personable. She made my visit a thousand times more comfortable than I ever expected & made sure I was aware of any & all concerns.
