The dental care here is top notch. The staff is always very friendly and professional. BUT Like many dental offices, SFD is dropping in-network coverage for nearly all insurance so that they can charge more than the insurance rate, and you pay the difference. I got a surprise $1,000+ bill just for cleaning for my family in 2024 then switch back to insurance that was previous in-network with SFD and got charged again, because they had dropped them as in-network. I specifically asked them if they accepted my insurance and they said yes without ever mentioning that they weren't in-network and that I would go from paying $0 to over $100 per cleaning per person. They should be telling customers that they've dropped in-network insurance and should give customers an estimate of charges befor

From the front desk to the back in the dental chair, everyone was so pleasant and made my first time there a very pleasant experience! Even though Dr Jason had to give me not so “pleasant news “, he was the sweetest thing, as was his assistant! I was also there with a friend and met Dr Clay , who I also liked very much!
