Kroger Pharmacy

My opinion Kroger pharmacy has the BEST STAFF. So, so patient. Kind and friendly. I left another pharmacy for Kroger. You guys have an AWESOME team. I wish all of the others had you guys attitude. When you are working with people/patients. You need to have a heart of compassion. Not all pharmacies do. But I met one. SHOUTS OUT TO KROGER PHARMACY!!!!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

We went to the drive through where they were quick, efficient, helpful and friendly.

The help desk was very rude and unhelpful. For no reason disconnecting the call deliberately was unnerving.

This location is very fast and efficient. After transferring from my old pharmacy to Kroger due to insurance, I am so happy I was forced to make this change! They are so fast when filling scripts that my doctor has sent out. If you’re contemplating switching over, DO it!

One of the pharm techs was very rude in the drive thru. Bad attitude b4 we even conversed. Talked to the pharmacist and she explained they were having issues with text prescriptions being wrong. As mine was. Said customers were jumping on them about it. The tech got mad and slammed phone down and walked off. “Drive thru” Pharmacist came over to explain her behavior and brushed me off. Been going 11 years to this location. Usually very good service. This tech needs training or different job. Asked Pharmacists for her bosses number. Can’t give out but they will call me next week If they aren’t on holiday. I have been told by Kroger employees they can’t get off in Dec. Big money month. We will see if they call.
