Customer Reviews
Tayla changed my life! I saw improvement within a couple sessions and after several months, I’ve achieved my goals. She is the most compassionate, patience, kind specialist I have worked with and is extremely knowledge in her craft.
Dr. Curran is the reason I was able to recover so quickly from an injury and continue running while I was healing. I was able to schedule quickly - within 2 days of my injury. She is extremely knowledgeable, and her dry needling expertise kept my pain level low and continue running while I implemented the exercises she prescribed to heal my underlying injury. I would highly recommend Echelon Performance + Physiotherapy for sports injuries.
I had a great experience working with Dr. Curran and would highly recommend her for physical therapy. What I believe distinguishes Dr. Curran is her bedside manner and her commitment to keeping her patients active. She is thoughtful about the exercises she prescribes and is very responsive when you have questions or need clarification and truly goes above and beyond for her patients. I came to her with a variety of concerns related to my running, swimming, and daily active life, and she was thoughtful in working with me on a holistic approach.
Dr. Curran is simply the best! I came in with some chronic shoulder / back stiffness and within 10 mins, she knew what to do. The combination of exercises and dry needling did wonders for me and I've been going back as needed. 10/10 would recommend!
Echelon Performance and Physiotherapy was a game-changer during my Boston Marathon training, helping me stay healthy and hit a PR. Dr. Curran’s dry needling expertise kept my post-tibial and flexor hallucis longus tendonitis in check, especially after a major flare-up just 1.5 weeks before race day. Beyond the physical relief, her knowledge of biomechanics and training helped refine my form with targeted exercises. She genuinely cares about her athletes, explaining every step of the process. Thanks to her, I broke 2:30 at Boston—and I’m excited to keep working with her toward my next goal.
