I was trying to make an appointment with a Referral and the Gentlemen who picked up the phone was EXTREMELY rude! Couldn't be bothered to help me schedule or find a place to schedule. His tone was condescending and lacked any customer service training. Do better.

Very rude on the phone.. they don’t even say goodbye they just hang up on you.. My Dr. is great however but other than my dr. And care team the customer service and whoever answers the phones is terrible

Do not go here. They will add a 100 charge to your bill for some facilities fee and expect you to pay it, in addition to your co-pay. They claim that they "inform" patience of this fee upon check in and but this is a lie. This is the only office amongst many doctors offices that I have ever experienced this with. When trying to resolve this, they manager said, "pay this or it will go to collections".

Extremely rude phone staff! Like the other reviewers have said, I was literally hung up on. I really would have expected a higher level of professionalism from a BWH department, but clearly they haven’t taken the time to train the grumpy employees answering dermatology calls.

Absolutely terrible communication. Over 7 months, I could not reach the office line and was on hold several times without being able to speak to anyone despite calling during their office hours. Left several voicemails. I never received a call back. I finally was able to reach the office and was told that they are scheduling appointments 9 MONTHS out. I understand specialists have long waits for new patients, however, it is completely unacceptable that they do not communicate or schedule with patients in a timely manner. It is completely unreasonable that it took me 7 months to reach anyone in the office and then was told I would have to wait 9 months for an appointment.
