This Pharmacy used to be pretty good, you could call in your prescription with no problem. But now since they have this new system it is a total headache! The AI system answers and does not allow you to put in your prescription and keep saying that your prescription has no refills even though I know my prescription has a refill! Then when I asked ask for the store hours, it continued to tell me that the pharmacy was not open even though on a second call it said it was open the same hours of the store. They need to straighten this AI system out, it is not doing a good job. So frustrating to the consumer! Really wish they never changed through this system it is terrible!!
Google is great!
Professional, compassionate and and very understanding especially when you forget to order a med in a timely manner.
My favorite pharmacy store !!!!
