Cortland Urgent Care

I was very happy with most aspects of my experience at the Cayuga Convenient Care facility. I was greeted warmly when I entered and was seen by the nurse after less than 5 minutes of waiting. She was thorough in her questioning about my health concerns and indicated that the health care provider would be in shortly. That turned out to be untrue. I waited in the examination room for 55 minutes before the nurse practioner entered. Once she arrived, however, she was completely professional, and within a few minutes she had determined a course of action. I left the facility with a specific diagnosis and a promise to have antibiotics available for my treatment. In all, it was a very satisfactory experience.

I usually have great experiences at Cortland Urgent Care. However, I didn't feel that way on 01/30/26. The nurse taking his vitals made me feel like I was at least the size of an ant because I didn't give my son medicine to help his fever (because of him sleeping most of the day). Other than that, it was a good experience.

Twice I had to be seen at Cayuga Medical Urgent Care in Cortland and the provider that took care of me was Matthew Williams. He is so amazing ! Friendly, compassionate, caring, knowledgeable from a professional perspective and personal. He understands people and listens. My experience at Cayuga was great.

If you want to be scammed out of $300+ and still not have your problem fixed/diagnosed this is the place to go! Had left wrist pain, dr gave me a $20 black Velcro wrist brace, had three visits, nothing helped- dr just told me to continue wearing it. Was charged via my insurance and still have a $294 copay left for what may u ask? Idk. I ask that as well. … total malpractice.

$300 for them to flush my ear and look at it to tell me I don't have an ear infection. Something a school nurse could do. If they told me at the desk it would cost that much I would've walked right out. Total malpractice.
