I had an excellent and on time appt with Caitlyn Atwater. My concerns were thoroughly discussed and solutions were found for any of my questions. Genuine care starts with eye contact as well as remembering a personal detail about a patient you haven't seen in a year and i felt confident and comfortable with my provider Zach who so kindly fought with a blood pressure cuff for my fat arm and got the job handled in such a sweet and professional manner and drew my blood without missing a beat. Amazing human. I was worried about this visit as i always do but the team really stood up and supported and i was so pleased so thank you very much. Raises for everyone.

I have wonderfull expirences everytime I go to this office. Today was the .most validating experience I have had at a doctor's I felt like I was really being listened to and understood. The nurses went above and beyond today to get me appointments and validated what I feel is going on right now.

I have used FHN for nearly 50 years. As an adult, I had the pleasure of working with two wonderful nurse practitioners as my primary care. One I'm assuming retired, the other left due to issues in the organization. In less than a year, I'm leaving for a new doctor in a completely different group after trying two other primaries. The first upped a medication dose when the current one worked just fine, then I became sensitive to the medication, and a bunch of absurdity, I was prescribed another medication which the PCP failed to get a pre-authorization for so it was denied. Then she failed to properly fill out a pre-auth and it was denied again. Then she put in for another and failed to follow up entirely. So for a month I was without a diabetic medication. Staff are very nice and understanding. Ofdice is clean and comfortable. The wait time from checking in seeing the doctor was about 20 minutes. I was in and out with in an hour.

This place is a joke. My mom has been without her medicine for 2 weeks. They keep telling her they will call it in to Walgreens. Still waiting and my mom is without her meds. Blood pressure is nothing to play around with but what do they care??!!!
