Core Pediatrics - Plaistow

The best office. In the almost 4 years I've been taking my kids there, I don't think we've ever waited more than 5 minutes past our appointment time. The front desk staff is always warm and friendly. The providers and nursing are caring and informative. I always have my nursing calls returned in a timely manner. And the one time I had a billing concern, the supervisor was able to resolve it for me within a few days. This office is half an hour from my house, but it's worth the commute for good, trustworthy care.

Kept us waiting an hour for my daughter's appointment. Also failed to put a follow up appointment on the schedule and then lie and said I didn't need it- when the dr had directed me to make said appointment on the way out- I literally could not have left the office without speaking to front desk staff so I know I made it. The receptionist I spoke to never apologized and continued to blame me the entire time. I have worked as a client care specialist and regardless of who was right I would never speak to clients that way. I have had problems with the other Core offices as well. With co pays at upwards of $130 a visit I don't need to be pampered but I would love to be treated like a patient

Whitney was the best nurse practitioner I have ever had the pleasure in dealing with. She made my daughter feel very comfortable and gave us great information and advice. Thank you
