This place is amazing. The book-ahead appointment reservations are fantastic—I’ve never waited more than about 20 minutes to be seen. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the nurses are just as welcoming. I can’t say enough positive things about the nurse practitioner, Rachel. She is very thorough and was amazing with our 4-year-old. It was the first time we had to bring him to this type of facility, and she handled everything incredibly well—very patient, friendly, and she made the entire visit go smoothly. She clearly knows how to work with kids, and it really shows. It helps that has a couple of her own. Whether you have kids or not, I would absolutely choose this place over the other facilities out there.

I have never left a review of a medical facility and would never leave a bad one being a nursing assistant for 11 years. I have been to this urgent care facility a few times for my three kids and it’s always 50/50 you never know what you’ll get! The front staff however has always been awesome! Today my daughter saw Julie Sisson. She should really work in pediatrics! She’s the perfect amount of personable and she is so straightforward. Not once did I second guess what she said. My daughter has struggled with asthma her whole life (just turned 11) she is very susceptible to bronchitis/pneumonia when she gets a respiratory illness. Used Clear Choice MD Urgent Care in Plaistow for the first time on 12/13, and I have to say it was way easier and more pleasant than expected. I went online and signed up early in the morning for an 8:30 am appointment, when I got there they were ready for me, and I was only there for about 30 minutes total. They called in an RX for me, and I am all set!! Everyone, from the person at the front desk, to the NP were extremely nice and professional. It is very clean and I think I was the only one there which was great. I would definitely use this place again!

I have really gave this urgent care so many chances as its so close to my house and convenient. Unfortunately, after years of chances after chance my family has decided to not go there anymore and opt for the further care in the area. Its a very nice office, people are kind, but majority of visits we end up waiting for over two hours with most of the time us leaving to be treated elsewhere. I don't mind waiting, but almost 3 hours regularly for quite some time now, we just need to go elsewhere. The front desk extends waiting time not by minutes, but by hours. This isn't a review to be mean but I know in the situations I was in many times here, if I could avoided ER wait times with someone letting me know ahead of time, I know I would appreciated it. Always an easy, kind and efficient place to be seen by a qualified doctor. I go out of my way to go here. Rachel and Jocelyn were so great to work with this past time I was in. Highly recommend!
