Pinnacle Rehabilitation Network

Really excellent rehabilitation facility and staff in Plymouth, Ma. (and other locations). Required PT Physical Therapy relative to two full knee replacements over the past six months. The staff absolutely wonderful! Caring, attentive, experienced and understanding. I’m a Sr and very much appreciated the thoughtfulness, efficiency and successful rehabilitation I received. I had a great experience at Portsmouth Physical Therapy receiving excellent care, but the Pinnacle Rehabilitation Network billing department was incompetent and rude. They sent me multiple threatening letters even though I paid all my bills upon receipt. When I called to provide information and request that they call the agency THEY contracted to work with my insurance company, they refused. Beware of using any partners under the Pinnacle umbrella. It's not worth the time, the headache or the threatening letters!

Frank, at The Hills in Litchfield CT was thorough, patient and very informed during the consultation I had this week. I had been at the same facility for rehab with Brian, also great, after two knee replacements. Very reassuring to go here for a check-up.

I partnered with Pinnacle Rehabilitation Network in 2003 to open Manchester Sports and Physical Therapy. It has been a great 16 years together. They have provided the support and guidance that I needed to get my practice up and running and to help grow it over the years. They allow you to manage your practice as you see fit all while providing the answers to questions that you may have to in regard to insurances rules, HIPAA, etc. I would recommend them to any PT looking to partner with a management company.

The people here at Londonderry Physical Therapy are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Especially Mike, who has gotten the great results I have wanted. I have had physical therapy on other areas of my body and I always come back to them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else because they get the great results!
