Village Dental of New England, Dr Ahmed Hamada

I recently needed to get a tooth repaired after an old filling came out. I'm not exactly fond of having dental work done, which was not helped by unpleasant experiences at the previous provider I had gone to. However, it had to be done, so I looked up dentists near me and ended up here. So glad I did. I was honestly ASTOUNDED by how much easier the dental appointment was here than what I expected from previous work. I was expecting to be white-knuckling the armrests of the chair for an hour or so while trying not to scream because that's what I'm used to. Instead it was smooth and easy. It's night-and-day different from what I'd been accustomed to. It's hard to really put into words the level of relief at how easily the appointment went. Now I'm set up to get a full plan worked up

Hate, hate, hate changing dentists but this worked out okay. Scheduling my appointment was easy and convenient. The initial visit was thorough and the treatment plan was clearly outlined. Although I was not excited about having any work done, I proceeded after some thought. I will not say it was painless -- it was not. However, my comfort was always a strong concern. The work is done and I am glad to put it behind me. Totally appreciate every aspect of this experience. Thanks to all my providers, and the very helpful staff.

I am a new patient to Dr. Hamada as of just yesterday and I can’t say enough positive things about him and his team. Everyone is very kind and professional during the two visits I have already had. Admittedly, I typically dislike going to the dentist but Dr. Hamada and his team have such great bedside manner that I felt absolutely no anxiety. Everything was made easy from booking through billing. Great team!

A no show is not showing up when you are expected. I called before to cancel and reschedule, and I called 7 minutes after my second appt. Your lack of decent communication to patients clearly affects your business negatively, yet you insist on bringing your reputation down over it. You mentioned my spouse in your response and that I left a second review. I did not. He left his own review after his experience with you, and I Ieft my own review, after I received a no show fee with no communication. We were both patients covered under the same insurance plan. Dr Hamada and his staff have been incredible throughout my entire Invisalign experience. I’m very grateful, I finally have a smile that I’m proud to show. I no longer have to cover my mouth out of habit anymore. I’m not embarrassed talking to people. Truly, thank you.
