Best experience every time with them! We've been bringing our daughter to PPDO since she was 1 and they've been wonderful with her every appointment. They are patient and kind. They walk through everything they are going to do before they do anything to make sure our daughter understands what's happening. They meet you kid where they are at and don't push them further. Great pediatric dentist!

I could not ask for a better dentist office for my son, & my youngest will be attending here as well when it’s time for him to start seeing the dentist!!! I never have a problem. the office is clean, the team, etc. is amazing. everyone is so kind, helpful, gentle. there also patient, & will answer any questions big or small you may have with no judgement. also, if you are struggling financially too, they work with you so your child(ren) can still be seen. I have never had a problem with this office, the staff, or even scheduling either!!! my son loves it here. I am so glad my husband, & I found this office!!! I would highly recommend this office to anybody, especially if your little ones are scared of the dentist, this place will make them feel comfortable, safe, & relaxed. keep up the goo

My son has been a patient here since he was about 3! Great pediatric dentist. They are always so accommodating. Dr Rob and all the hygienists are amazing with children and walk them through everything which is great for my kiddo who has anxiety! The front desk is always so kind and willing to answer any questions. We actually don’t live close to Plaistow anymore but I refuse to switch dentist since they are so great here. Can’t say enough good things!

PPDO is the best! So patient with kids who are nervous. They take the time to make kids feel comfortable and describe what they are going to do in kid friendly language! We are beyond happy with the dental care our children receive here and would recommend them to anyone needing dental care for their children!

We had such a great experience with Dr. Rob and his team! My son had never been to this office before and needed a tooth and cavity filled, which could have easily been stressful, but Dr. Rob and his assistant made him feel completely at ease. Their energy was so positive and fun. He talked to my son the whole time, explained what was happening in a way he could understand, and made him laugh throughout the appointment. It’s clear he truly cares about kids and makes sure they feel comfortable and included. We’re so glad to have found this practice!
