I was very nervous going in for some dental work but the minute I walked in the door, the friendly nature of the front staff eased my mind! Kathy, Dr.Stiefel’s assistant, was wonderful, both kind & very knowledgeable! She patiently listened to my concerns and answered all my questions! Finally, when Dr. Stiefel came in I was feeling at ease & ready for my procedure! He is an amazing surgeon and another extremely knowledgeable, kind person! Very down to earth! Great experience! I am so thankful to Dr. Stiefel & his staff!!

I had my 2 bottom (impacted) wisdom teeth out yesterday and it was the quickest experience ever (in a good way). I tend to have white coat syndrome and dental work always makes me nervous, so having local anesthesia for two wisdom teeth freaked me out a bit. Dr. Stiefel was a calm and reassuring presence (and I appreciated his dry humor haha). The staff was incredibly kind and thorough when going over recovery info. Based off what I can see, it was very clean work and I have very minimal pain/discomfort/swelling. And though I missed it, he did call to check on me last night which is incredibly kind. All around a great experience.

From the moment I walked in, I felt so comfortable. The staff was incredibly nice. Dr.Kyle’s assistant was very sweet and confident. Dr.Kyle himself was also very nice, calming, confident and his office is incredibly clean! He called that night to check in on me! What a commitment to his business and patients! I would HIGHLY recommend! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. So thankful!

Let’s all just admit that no one wants to get their teeth knocked out. But if it’s an absolute must. There’s no better place than Plaistow oral surgery. Forget bar fights and hockey brawls. They’ll knock your teeth out the civilized way. And yes, they numb the area first. (Pure bliss compared to a pool cue.) The staff is squared away, professional and friendly, and they stay on top of everything you need before and after surgery. They don’t just send you home drooling 🤤 and confused 😵‍💫 —they walk you through your care instructions like you’re the MVP of oral surgery. Still got questions later? Easy. Just give them a call. If you were to ask me if I’d use them again immediately after oral surgery. I’d say: “Hell Yesp!”

Staff were so helpful and friendly! I get bad anxiety in medical places and they made me feel at ease. Pulled my tooth with no issue or pain and didn’t charge me much at all. Highly recommend them.
