Lisa Warren PA is my saving grace. She is so kind, caring and no matter how busy she is she always makes me feel welcomed and willing to help me. She has referred me to many specialist and she has never stirred me wrong. I don’t know where I would be today without her knowledge, caring and compassion. Carla, her phone nurse is just like Lisa, cares for patients with her heart and soul. A+++ in my book!

What a dreadful experience! The staff's behavior was incredibly rude and completely shirked responsibility for their errors. The blood work results they provided over the phone during my yearly exam were entirely for another patient. Furthermore, they sent me a three-month supply of medication by mail, only for me to discover that it had a 30-day expiration date. How could I possibly use all 90 days' worth of medication in just 30 days? When I contacted them to rectify the situation, they tried to shift the blame onto me. How could they claim this was my fault? Adding insult to injury, they even billed me for the full 90-day supply of medication. It's baffling how they continue to operate with such incompetence. - 5 Start Review

I think it was unprofessional and unacceptable to be dropped as a patient and not at least referred to anyone else. It’s not our fault a Dr. leaves… for whatever reason. I do not care the reason. I care about my medical history and being taken care of when needed. I was trying to make an appointment to go on fmla due so many reasons and now I cannot due to my long time healthcare specialist dropping me… They didn’t care one bit either…
