I came into the emergency room during a very stressful and frightening medical situation, and Sagar, the PA who treated me, showed an incredible amount of compassion and professionalism. From the moment he spoke with me, he took the time to listen carefully and explain what was happening with my ultrasound findings in a way that was calm, clear, and respectful. What truly stood out to me was that after my visit, he personally followed up with a voicemail to make sure I had seen the results and understood the importance of following up with an OBGYN specialist. In such a busy emergency department, taking the time to do that meant a lot and showed genuine care for his patients. My mother was in the hospital for a month I would like to say a nurse named Monica worked on 4th and 5th floor was so amazing and unbelievable service to my mother . Monica also gave me more information than the doctors did about my mother to me. I would recommend her to any patient and their family or friends. Monica has a real concern about a patient getting better . That you don't see much any more . I appreciate everything Monica had done for my mother and keeping me informed. What a blessing to have met her, Monica. Being a nurse is real tough job but Monica keeps her spirits up everyday.Hopefully this review gets to the right people about Monica .

Worst experience ever! My mother who has dementia had a fall at my home. They kept her for observation. But she was left unattended in an emergency room environment for 4 days. I do not blame the nurses at all. But Knowing that someone has dementia and keeping him in a chaotic environment without knowing if it’s day or night is extremely stressful. She was also in the very first room, so there were always people walking back-and-forth. And she was very scared. It’s been four days since she left and she still talks about it and how scared she was. . At the very least, they could’ve put her in a quieter room. I would never go there again, I’d rather drive further for better care. And please don’t respond by giving me a phone number and telling me to reach out to the patient advocate. I cal

My wife had a 1/2 hour outpatient "operation" to remove a cyst in the medical building. The doctor did a good job and his fee was reasonable, but a facility charge was $3000 was tacked on?....and she her stay was under 1 hour! The insurance did not cover it. Also we repeatedly asked how much it would be days before and if our insurance would cover it.....they would not tell us....now I see why it was a big secret!

The hospital was dirty while I was there and they left blood all over the floor and bathroom after dealing with my dad. I was hung up on by two nurses after trying to ask what happened after my fathers surgery. Third call I made I was not given any information so I have to wait to talk with the doctor. Not happy with this place.
