Charles River Community Health - Brighton Pharmacy

Worst experience there ever. Worse than any previous visits. Caused me more anxiety than I had to beging with which worsened my already compromised health. Impossible to communicate with a caretaker effectively. I give their Medical department a less than zero rating.

Medicine pickup takes more than 3 hours ! I dropped off at 12pm. They said they closed at 12:30pm for lunch and the drugs will be available at 2:30pm. I came back at 2:30pm and waited until 3:20pm. Still they were not ready. The pharmacy room was filled with people waiting for picking up. My patience ran out.

Terrible attendants, they don't know how to help a patient, nor direct them to a correct place!

I recently switched my PCP to this facility and my first visit was unbelievably positive. I felt so welcomed the moment I walked in and I was treated so well from beginning to end. They took care of all my concerns, physical and mental health, and provided me with an above and beyond assistance. Everyone was super friendly and loving. I’m leaving here today with a big smile on me face.

6-8 months waiting list to become a new patient of the vision center. Nobody picks up the phone because the front desk ignores all the calls so they go straight to voicemail. The community center is empty at 9 am yet they act as if the facility is overloaded. Only way to speak to someone is to go in person and then be denied. The front desk person will tell you to go away because they can't help you.
