Carbon Health Immediate & Primary Care Boston - Downtown Boston

While on vacation our daughter became ill. They were able to see her immediately and everyone from the front desk reception to the doctor were warm, approachable and highly skilled. When she was diagnosed with the flu a prescription was sent in and filled quickly. Can not recommend Carbon enough, thank you for the excellent care.

Website is very user friendly and I was able to book an appointment the same day with no issues. Reception was very quick and helpful. The MA and PA were very kind and friendly and fully listened to my health concerns. Together, a health plan was made and they sent my prescription the pharmacy I asked for. Overall a 10/10 visit!

I had the pleasure of seeing Kimia Kordestani, she was really attentive and understanding, I felt extremely seen and cared for. I went into the appointment with no real hopes of getting answers but she suggested next steps and follow up, much more direction and input than I would have expected from receiving at an urgent care. It was a very quick and easy process to book an appointment, not a long wait. I would highly recommend. Thank Kimia!

Beware of the incompetent MA when billing and scheduling your appointments… My recent visit to Carbon Health was overall very good up until leaving. The receptionist was attentive and the NP was excellent, she was efficient with my TB test. Leaving the MA (medical assistant) was very underwhelming and incompetent. The MA took roughly 15 minutes to complete my paperwork and made multiple mistakes it seems. She initially attempted to charge me $225 amount for a TB test despite my insurance coverage. I corrected her it should not be never be that much for insurance and then she said she didn’t that I had my insurance. She then corrected herself and then correctly charged me $100 on top of co-pay. Had I not known the correct pricing and my insurance details, I would have been overcharged.

I am traveling from out of town for work. Woke up feeling awful and found Carbon Health by searching urgent care close to me. The clinic is clean, staff was very friendly and even though there were 4 others in the waiting room I got back quickly. The medical team was thorough and attentive and it was overall an excellent experience.
