Excellent! Excellent! I cannot leave a handicapped elder family member alone to stand in line at CVS for 90 minutes to pick up a prescription. Neither CVS nor Walgreen's delivery is easy or reliable. Capsule comes through everytime I need a prescription immediately and cannot wait for 2 weeks before mail order scripts will be delivered. There text notifications are immediate. Delivery is perfect!

Capsule is wonderful, i used to go to Walgreeens but to set for delivery was hard and I went days missing my medication. Capsule let's you choose your time spot. The people who deliver are wonderful and when you call they are very very helpful.

Capsule is truly amazing! I absolutely love it! Such a relief from dealing with the major pharmacies. If I have any questions I can just text Capsule and they are incredibly responsive. If they notice any issues with my prescriptions, they will contact me proactively to get things sorted out. Also, their delivery is fast! I am SO impressed. Easiest 5 star rating I’ve ever given.

Editing to add: I asked Capsule to transfer my prescriptions to CVS, and they transferred the wrong dose of a medication I’ve been filling with them for several years. When I reached out to ask that this be fixed, I received “we apologize for the inconvenience.” I’ve been using this service for three years and it used to be reliable, but lately I’ve been experiencing late deliveries and carriers leaving prescriptions on my porch without contacting me. Capsule has been unresponsive to my feedback on these issues. I will be switching pharmacies.

Recently signed up with Capsule and already had my first delivery, it was so easy. They literally handled everything for signing me up besides a few details, and scanning in my insurance card. I was also impressed with the availability of delivery appointments, they had same day and next day appointments available. Couldn't recommend enough!!!!
