I was very disappointed with how I was treated over the phone. The person I spoke with had a poor attitude and spoke to me as if I were an inconvenience. Regardless of whether you can accept a patient or not, basic courtesy should always be shown. The interaction left me feeling more upset about the tone and lack of professionalism than the outcome itself.
