When someone you love needs extra care, finding the right place matters so much. High Hope has such a warm, caring environment, and the staff truly treat residents like family. You can tell they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about the people who live there.

High Hope Nursing Home comments: This is the cleanest nursing home I have visited. The staff is very caring and attentive. My mother received excellent care while a patient for 8 years. I would recommend this nursing home for anyone needing a caring place for their loved one.

My husband has been here for a few days, and so far it has been a pleasant experience. All the staff seem like they genuinely love their jobs. The residents look happy and well taken care of. I feel confident that he will be well taken care of when I leave the facility, and that my husband will be in the best care possible.

Everyone there was completely professional and courteous. The staff really value the elder community they cater to daily . It was refreshing to see the compassion and love they carry with them during the time they are there . If I could give more than ten stars I would .

Overall great place from what I’ve seen so far. My Dad has only been there for less than 24 hours. However, there was an extremely rude employee to my mother regarding moving my Dads bed. First she snapped and said, “we aren’t doing that today”. With a bad tone and attitude. This was requested because my Dad tends to fall in the early mornings. It was also requested several HOURS prior. She finally moved it and then was rude yet again when she told my mother that she moved it. Extremely rude and unacceptable. If you are rude to family like that, how are you towards residents?? Other staff seemed to be very friendly and helpful. Overall great first impression other than the her.
