Family Physicians Urgent Care

From the friendly receptionist's smile when I walked in, to the radiologist lady that did my intake, to my provider my visit was exceptional. You should be really proud of your staff and the highest level and of service that they provide. Exceptional to say the least.

Went today after visiting another urgent care in sulphur 3 times for the same issues to no avail and within moments I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff. They took X-rays and genuinely listened to my concerns. Lauren and the xray tech were some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. I won’t get treatment anywhere else!!

Service was great. Staff was friendly! Only complaint was the ac was not working. That was no fault of theirs but made it uncomfortable especially in pain. Again no fault of theirs! Definitely recommend! I will be switching from the other urgent care for sure!
