Freedom Pharmacy is fantastic! The customer service is unmatched. My child had the flu and I asked them if I could wait for her prescription and they had it filled in less than 10 minutes. They truly care about their customers!

Recently wanted to switch pharmacies. Polled family and friends and all came back with the same answer. Freedom Pharmacy! Now I completely understand why. They are so nice and share in empathy of what others are going through whatever the health concern. Freedom stay genuine and I know yalls business will growth into more locations!

The staff is very efficient in serving the needs of their clients!!! When my doctor sends a prescription to them, I usually get a text letting me know that my script is ready within 45 minutes of my leaving the doctor’s office!!!!! Besides, I’d much rather support a local business, like Freedom Pharmacy, than have my insurance pay a major chain, that doesn’t really care about our community!!!!! Give them a try, I can guarantee you’ll be completely satisfied with their services!!!!!

My GYN sent a request for a testosterone compound. I had to call them a week later to see what was going on. They stated they had not received the labs. I asked if they were going to reach out to her and they told me I needed to. Ok. 2 weeks later I call back to ask about the progress. Then I was met with we weren’t able to contact you because your GYN didn’t give us any contact information for you. Ok. You never asked for my info when I called previously or mentioned this and you knew who the prescribing physician is and didn’t bother to call for that information? Then I gave them that information. They said they will text when it’s ready. NEVER received a text, call or voicemail. I call today because surely after 2 months everything is straight and good to go. Things happen but I’m the t

This place has old school service. Dr. Dale and his wife and crew are all amazing. I hope this type of service would be everywhere. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
