All the staff are very kind and helpful. They keep it nice and clean in the office. Dr. lefort is a great Orthodontist. He takes his time, listens, you can tell he loves his patients. Overall very pleased

Over the three years my daughter had her braces the service was great. The moment her braces were taken off though, it was as if they washed their hands of her and that’s why I’m giving three stars. I asked them to mail out her retainers because we moved to Houston and then never received them. I kept calling and their response was always “well we mailed them” or “here it says we mailed them out on this date” etc. instead of “you didn’t get them? Oh no, let’s try to check the tracking number and see where it went, or let’s try to fix this issue since you paid in full for treatment and it included the retainers.” Instead, they weren’t helpful, they didn’t care and my daughters teeth ended up shifting and now I have to pay an additional $1600 for aligners to fix it here in Houston. Dr. Lefort is a very professional, kind, honest and experienced orthodontist. I highly recommend him and his staff. Very pleased with our visits with him!

Very friendly and doesnt take very long to get in to see the Dr nor does it take very long when they are being worked on. Would recommend Dr LeFort to anyone needing braces
