Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Sulphur - LA

I'm thankful that they have this urgent care. Urgent care facilities are one of the best ideas come to life. They were quick and thorough. I ran out of my maintenance medication and my appointment with my PCM was 2 weeks away. Thank goodness for these people. The entire staff was wonderful and I appreciate all of them for being there on a Sunday. They have wonderful hours and are rarely closed. Thank y'all so much for your devotion and dedication to helping people like me, and others who desperately need to be seen. ❤️

I came to the Sulphur location because I had an appt for my dog at the vet. I tried going before the appt, but there waiting room was filled and I was told the wait would push into my dog's appt. I told them I'd have to come back after my other appt. The receptionist took my name down and said she'd put me in the cue for later. When I came back, the waiting room was still full but when I checked in, I was told the wait would not be long. When i went into the exam room, I could see that the surfaces had just been cleaned and wiped down. The nurses were so nice and helpful. Even though they were swamped with sick people, EVERONE was polite and nice. I was hesitant to go to an urgent care, but all the doctors were closed and the emergency room was a last resort. I can’t talk to my Primary care Nurse Practitioner when I need to! I have to wait for weeks until I have an appointment, therefore I’m going to get a new Primary Care doctor! I have severe OSA and it’s very important that I am able to see my doctor as needs arise! If not for this I was happy but to me this is an important part of good healthcare! I have been suffering for weeks now trying to get approval on a new OSA medication and simply get the run around on help with appeals, both from Humana Insurance and Fast Pace Urgent Care! I have contacted my congressman on the pathetic care we in South Louisiana are receiving!

We had a wonderful experience with fast pace urgent care I had to bring my son in because he was sick and throwing up and also had a sore throat. They were quick what took the longest was the wait to go back but they still got everyone In the back quickly. The nurse and the doctor was extremely friendly respectful and very kind. I appreciate them alot and I would definitely recommend them to many other people. Thank yall very very very much for all the kindness and the service yall gave us. I wish everyone was like yall. Yall are the best.

If I could have everyone to go to y'all I would.. Y'all are the BEST we ever had at any Ergent Care!! Treated so good and kind with ALOT of respect and fast.. thanks this will be our place for now own.. so everyone if y'all are looking for a wonderful place and fast, this would be y'all's place!!!
