Bronson Rambling Road Pediatrics - Portage

Rambling Road did not provide care when my child needed it. I would call it patient neglect. All three of my children have been patients there for many years and it was never anything special, but this encounter was extremely disappointing . I would not recommend them and I hope you can find a pediatrician that cares about their patients.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Dr Ariel Lucas and Dr Tiffany Truong almost killed my 3 month old being negligent. I will never use Bronson again. He was so ill with a kidney infection and they did nothing but push formula and vaccines. Do NOT use either offices.

This place has changed for the worse called to get my sick child seen the nurse was rude, disrespectful and dismissive when I was pleading my son's case because he had been sick for several days with no improvement and was lethargic, She kept talking over me as if she knew my child better the nurse even went so far as to as me if she should call my husband! I decided to take my child to the er where the they have him fluids and potassium because his liver is/was not working properly and his eyes were yellow ! I definitely am looking elsewhere for a new doctor for my children with more professional staff!

Been going here for almost 7 years and Dr. Bunka has been by my two boys sides since my oldest was born. (Even in the hospital when he was born). I took my oldest in today and the doctor they have filling in was awful. He was in the room for maybe 2 minutes and barely checked out my son, not to mention he kept cutting me off and not letting me finish my concerns about my son. Bring Doctor Bunka back!!! It was sad to see him sitting in her seat 🙃. Dr. Bunka is one of the best pediatricians I have come across and she truly cares about my kids. Currently not happy with the choices of Rambling Road Pediatrics.

I have been going to this practice for almost 13 years. For many of those years we have seen and loved Dr. Bunka. She was thorough and so kind, making sure her patients needs were being met. Truly the best doctor and the only reason we were still going to Rambling Road. Dr. Bunka and her coworker were fired abruptly and unfairly. My children are missing out on apportionments because of this. I refuse to return knowing Bronson prioritizes money and ushering in more patients than doctors can reasonably handle over care.
