Excellent medical care in every way. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The facility is clean and well-organized. I felt heard and well taken care of throughout my visit. I highly recommend Brighton Marine Health Center.

I don't usually write reviews, but if I've had a TERRIBLE experience, I take the time to do so. If I could rate a half star, I would. I've gone here for a few years. It was hard to reach the office before, BUT NOW, it's gotten worse. I called for back pain, never got a call back, called back the next day, was transferred from the first representative (who was actually nice), reached someone who had to schedule my appointment, had the audacity to try to schedule an appointment for a month away (mind you, I stated I was in a lot of pain) hung up without confirming the appointment. Had to call back, I mean.... a mess. I work at BMC-Brighton, and I was embarrassed to even be affiliated with this type of behavior. I'm sure others may have had better experiences, but the fact that happened once

My provider here is FABULOUS, yet Revere Medical DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO MANAGE THIS FACILITY. This company must want to lose patients, I've made over 10 calls regarding medication and lab results and NEVER have received a call back. Someone will only do this a few times before changing physicians. In this day and age there are far more providers with working efficient offices. This company is an absolute JOKE to the medical field. I feel extremely bad for the great physicians there that are truly NOT supported by this company.

The doctor literally has no time to answer your questions and makes you feel like you're being rude for wanting to know more about your health. They make you wait forever and then you basically have to share all your health information with unqualified personnel, for them to do nothing with it, before you get rushed out the door by the actual doctor. When you call, no one ever answers the phone and you have to listen to them explain how to leave a message six times before you even get to leave a message. It's like they have absolutely no regard for your experience and weather or not they are actually doing a good job. On my first visit I asked for several referrals and they never followed up on them. In my experience PCPs are completely useless and only follow the protocols set by the insu
