What has made this experience most terrifying is the complete dehumanization on the part of the "professionals". No I'm sorry, the most terrifying part is their inability to see that that's how they're treating people. Karma doesn't sleep.

Hard to say ‘oh I love this place’ when what you’re talking about is a hospital. But after being at deplorable hospitals in my home state, if I have a choice I will travel far and away to be at B&W. I have all the confidence in the drs here and my experience is they’re TOO thorough. Meaning they check absolutely everything. The ER, expect an extensive work up. They leave no stone unturned.

This hospital is a great hospital. I went in was seen by triage fairly quick! I was able to see the Dr. Quickly. I was treated with respect. The Dr.'s were nice and thorough. I was very pleased. The nurseses were professional and attentive.

I booked an appointment 2 months ago. Day of my appointment my car broke down so I called 2 hours before my appointment to attempt to reschedule, no one answered I left a message. I called again at the time of my appointment, no one answered again. Left another message. I called everyday for after my missed appointment attempting to reschedule, leaving a message each time with no call back until today. I get called back after 5 DAYS of me calling to reschedule and get told I won’t have an appointment for 3 months. I asked about cancellations and was told I’d be called if there is an opening. I don’t believe this since they couldn’t answer my cancellation call or even call me back in a timely manner. The scheduling needs help here, patients need communication and not a call back 5 days late
