The front desk staff were very rude and I felt like I was a bother for even having an appointment there. So rude to the point I didn't feel comfortable to make follow up appointments with the woman at the reception area (despite that being the recommendation). If people are deciding to not pursue care to avoid interactions with your front desk staff I think that is problematic.

The care here is outstanding. The healthcare staff are absolutely fantastic! Don't ask questions at the front desk, the older woman with red lipstick will bite your face off. I asked where the Ear, Nose Thoart Clinic was and got directions screamed at me!

Two valet attendants approached me stating that they could not bring me my vehicle because it was stuck in the lot. I walked upon my vehicle and found it partially in a parking spot. When I turn on the car everything worked as it should like I gave it to the valet but my gear shift was stuck in neutral. I reversed out of my parking garage at home with no issue to come to the hospital. As I reverse with no issue everyday that I have to back up. But suddenly when I give it to the valet the car has a problem. We were stranded for 6-7 hours at the hospital because of this issue. With our disabled child in the car. And there was no conclusion of
